So everyone knows that thoughts become things. You don't have to be Wallace Wattles. You don't have to be Napoleon Hill. You don't have to be Bob Proctor and you sure as heck do not have to be Tony Robbins. We all know that thoughts and words become things. When you speak to yourself or when you speak to others, literally and biologically, these thoughts,

these words become who you actually are. Have you ever noticed that there's people in public

and you might see them at the coffee shop every day or you work with them or their family members

even? And they tend to have the same stories on repeat, almost like a broken merry-go-round

big. I can share in my life before I started this podcast. I used to have a running narrative on

repeat. Let me know if you can relate to this. I remember my very first public talk I ever did.

It was like 2017 or 2016. And I went up there and I just said, I'm going to go for it.

Look, you guys, the limiting beliefs, the narrative that I'm getting over came from childhood

as it always does.

But this limiting belief was really, really blocking me from going to the next level in my

business and going to the next level in the health I wanted,

the relationship I wanted, the finance I wanted, all of it. I had three really big things

that I used to say to myself all the time, and they hurt deeply. The first one was, who am I

to do this? Who am I to do this? The second one was, money causes pain. Can you believe this?

That was an old belief that I used to have. And the third one is, expect the worst to happen.

Now, these three beliefs turned into words, turned into a self-narrative that was really deprecating.
