The Michael Berry Show is on the air. I'm trying to find the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals I thought I read early this morning and now I can't find a document that

Fifth Circuit had overruled in a 2-1 panel. The Bond Hearing panel the bond hearing I don't I don't know I got to find out how exactly this works

because it was a settlement by Harris County of the Dobson case. A case was brought against Harris County

that it was so sad that these people were being arrested and put in jail and given a bond and they couldn't afford to pay the bond.

And it just wasn't right because they couldn't get out and murder fast enough and the cops are just running around arresting people and throwing them in jail and they didn't do it and it's terrible and it's horrible and oh my God

it's exactly what what they were accusing is what's happened to the January 6 people but

they're going around and arresting these guys and

and they're murders and rapists and all that and put them in jail and you know

unfortunately a lot of murders and rapists just don't have a lot of money and

so they're not able to get out and do it again and then go kill all the witnesses

which is a common practice.

It's very frustrating.

So the group, the Rodney Ellis, Richard Cohen, John R. L.

Their mindset group, the Justice Democrats, they've absolutely,

they've absolutely stacked the Harris County judiciary.

But once they won the Harris County judge position, when Lena Hidalgo was swept in with the

Democrat sweep in I guess that was 18 over over Ed Emmett. It wasn't that anybody

voted for Lena. Nobody knew who Lena was. I had Democrats calling me the

next morning. Who is Lena Hidalgo? Hell I don't know. You're a Democrat. Why are you

asking me? Because none of us know her. You would know. I have no idea. I never paid attention to that race because that
