One, I've been in the United States.

I've been a lot since I did a live video but this topic got brought up this past couple

days in Connecticut and I thought it was a good one to bring up in the group and pass along

some of my thoughts and knowledge and hopefully

it'll help you and collectively help everybody and one thing I could tell you is we had a guy in the class,

Ronnie from the NYPD, great guy, really hit it off and Ron if you watch this video man I think we have a great friendship ahead of us

Very very similar to me and he started bringing up about how he helps rookies, right?

And I was the same way.

If you were a new guy, I want to do my best

to make sure you had the help you needed,

the support you needed.

This is a tough job.

So as police officers,

senior patrol, sergeants, lieutenants, captains, you know, we tend to lose touch at times of

what it's like to be new at this job. And the job is a lot of things

sold us up pretty good, but in reality I remember that I would have a partner and

say, oh we're getting a few out of the academy,

you feel trained anybody? I said, yeah, I'm a field training somebody.

I'm going to, yeah, I got a field train somebody.
