with many or all eyes on Ukraine and the conflict with Russia at the talk of nuclear war or

all eyes on Beijing and the threat to Taiwan, al Qaeda remains a trans-note national threat

hence the Bounties. But where? What Bounties? We begin with al Shabaab, which is al Qaeda in Africa,

a cunning and extremely successful organization over many years in Somalia and Kenya throughout

East Africa because of its flexibility to change leaders and also to use notable figures
