kinds of conversations. I feel like these come up for me when I've been journaling or reflecting and I realize there's a pattern I've lived through over and over in different ways and suddenly something just clicks.

And today's episode is about that almost it, but not quite, and kind of trusting the no that leads to your yes and this time it was about that

feeling when you're standing in front of something that looks right sounds right even gets the

approval of the people around you but deep down in your body in your soul it just doesn't

feel quite right it's that in-between moment of, you know what, this is almost

it, but it's not quite. And I know you've felt that too, maybe with a relationship or maybe with a job,

or maybe a move, or an apartment, or a collaboration. And it's the thing that seems like the perfect

fit on paper. It checks all the boxes. It's timed well, there might even be some signs from the

universe that seem to say like this is for you, and yet there's this tension, there's resistance,

there's a tightness in your chest, you're not feeling lit up, your second guessing, replaying,

trying to like logic your way into peace that your body hasn't agreed to. And I know that
