year. It's been a full year.

I'm not doing the podcast.

I needed a break.

I really did.

But if I'm being honest, I've been staring at this damn microphone

for weeks and weeks and weeks and weeks thinking about,

like, well, when do I go back do I what am I talking about and honestly I have a lot to talk about but actually so much time has passed and so much has happened I don't even know where to begin. I don't even know where to begin.

I don't even know if people are still sticking around. Like, you know, it's honestly been, it's been a year,

so you're not seeing the new episodes pop up because obviously there has not

been any new episodes so I don't think I'm on anybody's radar and I just figured you know I was

I was gonna go to the gym today I was supposed to go at 5.30 this morning. I could not get my ass out of bed.

Then I was going to go at noon and then I was like, well, maybe I'll just do a peloton

ride and I walked myself back here to my little video and I'm like

maybe I should sit down and let the world know that I am here I am still around and

I'm ready to get back in the swing of things and get on more of a regular

podcasting schedule and I just wanted to, one, say hi.
