Such a long time. It's been quite a long day for poor old David Beckham, who looks stony-faced. As he dons his earphones, he's Mr. Misery most of the time. He's, you know, and then he prepares for a train journey from Paris to London with his wife, Victoria. So they were at Gardenaught. I've been to Gardenaught. I've been to that train station.

And she was wearing tangerine trousers, which of course don't fit. I mean, they're literally

dragging on the ground. I mean, she's supposed to be in fashion. That's what's so, Dave just

looks, you know, fed up and miserable. Why can't

they afford to fly? I mean, you know, why would you go to Gardinerd? I mean, I really don't

understand. Oh, Gordon Kay died the other day as well from a low-ilo. He used to live down the road

from me. In fact, he used to go out with somebody used to work for LBC years and years ago. And he lived down at Brentford in the dock there.

And he became immensely famous.

Through one program, a lo, hello.

That was the, that was the, he'd done loads of other little bits.

You see him popping up in all sorts of things, including, are you being served?

Where he turns up as a camp photographer, a filmmaker.

He also turns up in the porridge film.

He turns up in loads and loads of things.

And he was ever so sweet.

I never got to interview him.

But he did come in a couple of times.

Then he had that dreadful accident in the car.
