What's up fellas? Welcome back to combos over cold brew with me your host Emma Abrahamson today. We're talking to Ali Ostrander who is a legend in the sport of running. She grew up in Alaska playing basketball alongside running.

Ended up winning an annex N title her senior year, which was also a course record that year.

She moved on to Boise State, the Broncos, where she won three NCAA

Steeplechase titles as well as multiple all-American placings in cross-country

and in indoor and outdoor track.

As of summer 2019, she is now running for the Brooks Beast out in Seattle, Washington.

She also represented the United States at the World Championships last year in Doha.

She's only 23. She's a young buck in the sport and she has one of the best

personalities I think in female distance running. Her interviews are amazing so of

course you know I had to get her on the podcast.

We talk about kind of her upbringing as a runner, transition into her mountain running career,
