On Tuesday, the Food and Drug Administration announced that medication abortion drugs can

now be sold over the counter at retail pharmacies.

Ever since the pandemic, the FDA has been relaxing restrictions on accessing these drugs,

but this new move even further endangers pre-born children and women.

Recently, the Alliance defending freedom sued the FDA on behalf of a group of healthcare

providers and doctors, arguing not only that the FDA has disregarded evidence about chemical

abortions causing complications at rates up to four times that of surgical abortions,

but that they misrepresented what studies have revealed about the safety of the drugs.

As a result, children have been killed.

Women have been put at greater risk.

As ADF's Julie Blaker wrote, abortionists mail these drugs to women to take it home alone,

with no indication of the potential horrors that await.
