He was operating the unlicensed funeral home

so he could steal money from grieving families.

That's pretty low down, isn't it? You think as a society we'd have a problem with that, wouldn't you?

We got laws against it.

And I think the level of community disgust

underpins those laws and we'd expect that someone who does these various things

will be punished.

He's been freed on a low bond by Democrat Judge Lori Chambers Gay, despite the fact, or despite that fact that he was on parole.

He was on parole at the time all this happened and they still let him go again.

He was on parole for a conviction.

You've been convicted of a felony.
