This is Handel on the Law, marginal legal advice where I tell you, you have absolutely no case.

This is a case, maybe. Well, it is certainly a case where a judge made a decision. And this has to do with the deportation of the Venezuelans under the Alien Enemies Act.

Now, this act was passed in the late 1700s, just as the United States had become a country.

And it said that anybody who is an alien, not a citizen in the United States or allowed to be here legally,

can be thrown out of this country, can be deported under this act.

And what it did is simply allow the president to not use any other reason,
