coming year and people thought that man he was staying. But that's often a head fake that these

Supreme Court justices do. But he's leaving. Democratic Party immediately placed on suicide watch.

It means President Trump gets another Supreme Court pick. He's got a short list right now.

It's a very short list. I could read you the list, but, you know, it's all these names you never heard.

They're all fine judges. But the key to the shortlist, obviously they're very conservative,

but they're very young. They're all in their late 40s, a couple. One is 51, one is 50, one is 46, 48. So they're all in their late 40s. A couple. One is 51. One is 50.

One's 46, 48.

So they're all in a position to serve for decades and decades.

So you've got Kennedy retiring.

You'll have a new justice who can serve quite a long time.
