We are bringing you breaking news, and there is breaking news out of Miami today.

And I'm here in front of the federal

courthouse in downtown Miami just so you can see what people deal with in the field

as reporters this is who's watching me at this very moment that is right I don't know what

that is it's a rooster of some sort is watching me live, and it is making me a little uncomfortable.

And there's about 20 others, so you're going to hear some cockadoodle doing in a moment.

But on to some serious news here, and I'm going to, I'm doing this all on the phone again.

So the headline here today is, alone Alexander, the 37-year-old twin, accused of the R-word, the F.A. phrase and sex trafficking.

He was just denied a pretrial release. His attorney, Howard Shrebnik, who is a very well-known,

very accomplished attorney out of the Miami area, perhaps the best in all of Miami.

He made a very, very diligent effort to try to get his client, alone Alexander, one of the twins,

out of these three brothers, on a pretrial release.

In other words, on a home arrest.
