You know, we're 25 days into April, which means among many other things, we are 25 days past

the deadline for the New York state budget.

Now, don't yawn.

There's a lot at stake. We thought we would check

in again on what's keeping the Democratic governor and the democratically controlled Assembly

and State Senate from coming to an agreement. Hint, it doesn't seem to be the money in the budget,

which stands at $252 billion. So joining us to talk about some of the issues, causing things.

To be at a standstill is Nick Reisman, Politico, New York, state government and politics
