led Washington to the national title game just a few months ago.

Still a lot of stuff going on in the middle of the off season. There's no off season

Bruce. Oh, what do you do in the off season? There is no off season. There's always something in the news. But yeah, big get here. So let's get to our guests.

All right, Sue, we are pleased to be joined by our big guest today, the new head coach at Alabama,

Kalin de Boer, who is joining us from Seattle where he is there on spring break.

So have you had a chance to catch your breath a little bit this week?

This is kind of the first time.

I appreciate you guys having me on, but it's a chance to see the family and got a couple days in there right after signing day but we were still

busy hiring staff and going through a lot of that and getting ready for the kind of the next phase which was finishing winter workouts and spring ball and so this has

been a couple good days just to kind of be with a family because we went straight from the season to, you know,

taking over at Alabama.

So it's been, it's kind of been non-stop for us.

I wanted to ask you, somebody I know who's been down there

as a high school coach and was very impressed by the culture there and said, you know, one of the reactions was that almost any other program that would have been under so much change probably would have turned on its head

but this one really didn't from their observation did that it all surprise you how they

how the players you inherited have been able to kind of pivot and respond to

everything you guys have thrown at them? Well I think when you have a program like
