thank you so much for joining us here on prime time with sean mooney. Well, thank you very much, Sean. I've been looking forward to coming on and, you know, doing your podcast. And I was very flattered when you asked me to do it. And I'm excited to be here. Yeah. Well, as I mentioned, you still have so much going on. And, you know, I saw you, like I said, a couple years ago, I saw you recently. I think I saw you in New Orleans as well. But, man, you look tremendous. I mean, I don't want to, you know, gush here. But, I mean, when I saw you, I was like, good Lord. I mean, you're in your mid-50s. and I don't know, maybe you consider, do you think that maybe now you're in the best shape you've ever been in, or because I know you, you have a whole new approach, and I don't know if this had to do with just, you know, realizing a lot of things of how to make your body work or, you know, just finding new methods.

But how do you account for it?

Well, I think one is that I did learn, you know,

I finally started to work out, I think, the correct way for me.

And then, and then also there is something to be muscle maturity you know um

you know you as you get older um i think i was a i was pretty much a late bloomer to a

to a degree and and also because of you know i just didn't train the correct way and for my body

side my guess now I do a lot more functional type of workouts and do a lot more

compound movements and that really has seemed to make the big difference.

So, you know, and I enjoy it more, too.

It's more of a challenge, but boy, I tell you, you've got to work out three times as hard to get half as much accomplished,
