I don't know if you, like, when you're preparing, like, raw meat, like, let's say you have raw chicken or raw beef or something, do you just handle that with your bare hands and then just wash your

hands afterwards? Yeah. I wash my hands before too. Well, so that's a good. I actually,

I don't do that. I always just think whatever the oven is going to or the frying pans is going to kill

it all.

But yesterday, something must have happened because I was making ground chicken.

Do you ever make ground chicken?

I was making it for my dog because I thought I mixed that up in the dog's food.

But it was something about it when I was like, it was just like, it just seemed.

Yeah, it's like sticky, it's mushy. There's just chicken. Ground chicken and ground turkey is much stickier than ground beef, which is more oilier. Yes. More oily. Yeah. So I do this and I just as I'm doing it, just like, oh, God, this is like, I'm just thinking of all like salmonella on my fingers. But I wash my hands afterwards. Mm-hmm. I eat my meal, walk the dog for the final time yesterday, like 6 o'clock. I come back in and I have to go to the bathroom. And it was like a problem. And all I kept thinking was, did I not, did I, wash your hands enough?

Yeah, from that, there was just something about that raw ground chicken. Then you know what I purchased this morning? Food gloves. Oh, God, Almighty. Disposable food gloves, food grade
