What's up, you muts? It's another edition of Mail Time. Tonight on HBO 9PM, the credit

carton documentary is out talking about the rise and fall of one of the best radio

personalities in the history of sports radio and one of the most tragic stories in

the history of gambling. You don't know Craig Carton. He's a New York radio host who

hosted the morning show Boomer and Carton with Boomer and Sison for a decade at WFAN in

New York City, which is like the premier sports radio channel, sports talk channel in the

whole country. And they were the number one show, arguably even at times ratings wise,

bigger than Mike Francesca. So at one point literally on top of the radio world,

Craig Carton and just got out of prison after doing almost two years, what was supposed

to be over four years, he got out early for a gambling scam where a ticket scam where

he was like buying and selling fake tickets, blocks of tickets in order to try to make money

to pay back his gambling debts. And it is one wild ride. I'm very excited to documentary.

So we've got his old producer, Al Dukes, on the episode today to talk about Craig, to

talk about the radio industry, how much he fucking hates the callers. It's a radio show.

And it's the landscape of the industry. He's worked, he's a huge Howard Stern fan. So

as a radio consumer, he knows this shit. And then as an employee at WFAN and at many other

radio stations, he worked with Opian Anthony, he worked with David Lee Roth, Carton, Gio Boomer.
