Joining me today is Mr. Ajit Nawalka.

And Ajit has actually been a guest on the podcast before, but I wanted to have him back on

to take a deeper dive into mindset,

purpose, and having better connection in a workplace environment. So we're going to talk about

things like mental health in the workplace, whether it's on your team, with your colleagues,

and how to actually deal with some of those pieces. Because like most people, like most entrepreneurs, Ajit was out

to make a difference in life. And he came from very humble beginnings. He came from a middle

income family in Jaipur. And as a typical Indian family, he grew up with an extended

family of 23 people under one roof.

I had like seven and that seemed like a lot.

So they didn't have a lot of space and didn't have a lot of money.

But over the course of the years, he was fortunate enough to grow in business and in entrepreneurship.

And that led him to being the CEO of a company called Mind Valley, which is based out of Malaysia.

It's an incredible, credible organization that some of you may have heard of, but it's one of the

top publishing agencies, publishing companies in the self-help and personal development industry.

They also have a ton of programs and courses and coaches, and they really do some incredible

things.

They also have something called Awesomeness Fest, which some of you may have attended.

So Ajit has a really cool kind of insight.
