about who my guests are and what they do in the intro.

Sure.

But I found it very hard, actually, to put into a couple of words what it is that you do beyond hosting a podcast, which I know is more an offshoot of your general career path.

So what do you guys do? We teach social skills and confidence to people who have some introversion and suffer from social anxiety.

Okay, because when I think about the sort of stuff you guys do, I think it's a little bit like steroids I'm in favor of people who have

like a below functional amount of like muscle mass I'm in favor of doctors giving

them steroids that they can function like normal members of society.

I'm not in favor of people who already have like normal gifts
