0:13.6	And I'll be honest with you, there's a lot going on. So I was like, what do we talk about right now? And I realized we talk about the overview of energies in August and September.
0:27.2	In order to powerfully navigate these two months, which will bring up deep change within us that we're ready for. There are accelerated energies here in August and
0:42.5	September that we are moving through that signal we have arrived in higher timelines. There are more
0:50.9	frequencies supporting our evolutionary growth at this time.
0:56.1	And on the day-to-day level, you might not necessarily see it.
1:00.4	Right?
1:00.7	You're going about your life, drinking your coffee, brushing your hair,
1:04.7	eating your lunch, doing things you've always done.
1:07.4	But doesn't it feel that the shifts are in the air we breathe? The oxygen is evolving
1:16.0	and there are parts of our cellular selves that are also reacting and feeling these deep changes.
1:23.9	In other words, there are cosmic shifts happening and they are part of how we are also
1:31.6	evolving beyond what we might be able to mentally grasp. But because so many of you are highly
