and she told me that she had seen a post of yours

celebrating six years of sobriety.

So in my head, naturally, I do some math,

and I'm like, wait a minute, I've known him that long,

and he was doing Christian music.

Oh, okay, so this is like a hidden side of what's going on,

you know, during your Christian music career,

and I'm like, how could that be?

And I'm curious, we want to have you in

instead of just speculate or talk about you.

Like, we're like, well, let's get the story from him directly.

What was going on, man?

Well, that's a loaded, I guess a loaded question.

And honestly, this is the first time I've spoken publicly about it.

So I'm sure I'll be, you know,

stumbling over my words here.
