President Trump claims he was exonerated by the Mueller report. Others insist it contains enough evidence for impeachment. And Congress, Democrats are agonizing about it. And we'll hear that in the voices of Adam Schiff and Brad Sherman, members from California with somewhat different ideas.

Meantime, Democratic candidates who want to run against Trump next year are getting this question.

What do you say to those Democrats who say, look, this is not the time. It's going to take away

focus from winning in 2020. So there is no political inconvenience exception

to the United States Constitution.

But I think we have very good reason to believe

that there is an investigation that has been conducted,

which has produced evidence that tells us

that this president and his administration

engaged in obstruction of justice.

I believe Congress should take the steps towards impeachment.

I think that has got to be a thorough investigation, and I think the House Democrats will do it.

I would very much appreciate if my Republican colleagues in the Senate, who run the Senate, had the guts to do it as well, but I won't hold my breath.

The impeachment proceedings are up to the House. They're going to have to make

that decision. I am in the Senate, and I believe that we are the jury. Do you think the House

should move for impeachment? I think he's made it pretty clear that he deserves impeachment.
