between the federal government and high tax states

like California, New York, and New Jersey.

And whether you live in one of the high-tax states or you live in a different state, this

could impact you because you are either someone in a high-tax state being impacted by a policy we're

going to talk about, actually a law that the IRS has implemented under President

Trump, or you're in another state that these high-tax states

are asking, in essence, as federal taxpayers
