We begin with Afghanistan. You will recall that the Trump

administration in negotiations with the so-called Taliban

representatives in Doha Qatar came to an agreement that was conditional.

The Afghan government at the time was not at the table at this conditional agreement.

That led to a series of decisions by the Biden administration in 2021 to make a decision

about leaving Afghanistan and where are we now.
