We've just been awake for 24 hours.

But we are here to review tonight's episode of AEW Dynamite with Michael Hamphlet, a huge

title change.

Massive, massive.

This time, last year, we were in this position talking about how like maybe AWD

had stolen the week with a match. It was Mercedes-Munay versus Athena and the challenge was laid down,

the goal that was thrown down, WrestleMania, can you top that? Well, this year, have they tried

to do it with the talking point instead? Is it possible in the immediate aftermath, which is what

this is, we've just left the bar inside the pyramid, watching Dynamite, that they've chased,

in fact, a conversation, a talking point away from WrestleMania where we are, because I would

imagine in at least the next sort of 24, 48 hours, this, what we've just seen, is going to be

the talk of the business. Well, it's certainly a talking point because it's divided opinion from what I've seen on social media.

I've no idea what the general reception is.

Obviously, very popular in the arena, but we will get into it.

We are starting at the beginning, of course, of this show, which started with the arrival of the AW world champion,

Maxwell Jacob Freeman.

He is grabbed by Renee Packett as he arrives. He's been going dark on social media, celebrating his victory over Kenny Omega at Dynasty Dynasty, of course. And he runs through all the people he's beating the fact he kicked out of the one-winged angel, of course. Then Don Callis walks in and says, sorry about the whole Andrano thing. MGF has no idea what he's talking about because he was getting ready to beat up Kenny Omega, basically. And he's just then informed, oh, bloody old Andrade lost, which is why he's not world title material. And Derby Allen is the number one contender. And René yells at him to reveal, you need to bloody listen to me, because tonight you're facing Darby Allen and MJF yells what

the F storms out of there and then we see Darby Allen make his entrance there's the referee there's

Justin Roberts the announcer MJF marches out to say what are we doing because they're clearly

plan on opening the show with this world title match.
