For many serious athletes, and honestly even for me, there's always something looming

As we age, we come up against physical limitations that can impact our athletic performance.

But getting older doesn't mean that we have to forego our wild ideas.

Our bodies, they need care, they need support, you know, stretching and strengthening all

those things.

But if you support your body, it is going to perform for you at any age.

And I would just encourage people to seek out whatever support they need, whether it's

PT or yoga or nutrition, sleep, all of those things are incredibly important.

But if you're asking your body to do something that is supportive of your entire well-being,

meaning it feeds your soul, it feeds your spirit, feeds your brain, your body is going
