Payroll processing company ADP says the U.S. private sector added 42,000 jobs in October, more than

economists expected, and a reversal from job losses in September. But ADP says the rebound in hiring wasn't broad-based.

ADP says the education, health care, trade, transportation, and utility sectors are leading job growth,

while employers shed jobs in professional business services, information, and leisure and hospitality. The French government is moving to

suspend Sheen's website after authorities discovered sex dolls resembling children were being sold

on its platform. The French government says it wants Sheen, a Chinese-founded e-commerce giant,

to scrub its site of illegal items. Sheen didn't immediately respond

to requests for comment, but previously said it would remove the listings and take decisive action

against the sellers. Sheen is also today opening its first permanent store in Paris. It's not

affected by the online ban. And we're exclusively reporting, the Motion Picture Association sent Instagram parent

meta platforms a cease-and-assist letter, saying the social media platform's use of

PG-13 to describe its new teen safety framework is, quote, literally false and highly misleading.

The movie industry trade group's letter says its

movie rating system has earned decades of public trust and is not comparable to meta system.

Meta says it's trying to simplify things for parents and hasn't claimed or implied that its teen

accounts were officially PG-13 rated or certified by the MPA.
