I'm good can I just finished you know it's funny I was I feel like I was in a

ball pen like a pitcher warming up just did a podcast with our friend John Anick just a

great person great commentator for you FC he's he's one of the best commentators in any sport I think anyway he's so smooth he's

he's knowledgeable he does his homework obviously the UFC has a great team with

all the guys they have over there with Rogan and with D.C. and just

one after another, Bizbane and I mean it's a murderous role. Like I've said once before, it literally is a murderous role. Like I've said once before it literally is a murderous

role because those guys can murder you, you know, so it truly is. But he had me

on his podcast this morning.

So I was doing that, like I said, getting ready for us.

And it was just nice.

It was nice of, as I always say,

it's not a difficult formula for me.

I just want to be around good people.

And it was, and obviously competent people too, that helps.

But it's just nice to be around him and his partner Kenny and then he had a guest come on in the middle of it because I guess we kept going longer than that happens I think our fans know that

sometimes we go longer than we anticipate to go especially me so we we wound up having Ray Lango

the great mama coach come on in the middle I was supposed to be gone but I was still there and so we talked together a little bit he asked some interesting questions we talked about you know

What would it be if I could pick out one or two items from a technical standpoint that I thought

that the MMA world could improve on the one that stuck out to me was just
