And I just want to start out today's episode by apologizing for talking with food in my mouth.

I was just hanging out with Tiffany sitting on the couch, munching away, not realizing that I'm recording this for a podcast.

And a lot of people don't enjoy or actually have a real problem with where people talk with food in their mouth.

So I apologize and that will not happen again.

So I was thinking at one point, like, do I set up some sort of thing where people within the community could provide anonymous feedback?

But then on further thought, part of this recovery, part of this adult child shit is learning how to speak up for ourselves

and learning how to have those types of conversations, which are very vulnerable and uncomfortable for us.

And so I almost feel like if I had some sort of an anonymous feedback thing set up, I almost feel like that's enabling in a way.
