1:03.2 | society of living this this chronic toxin exposure um chronic stress a generational. There's a lot there that we can unpack |

1:21.2 | well, what caused my child's ADHD? I didn't cause it. Well, no, you did. I'm not saying that. |
1:25.4 | But we are going to say there are multiple factors that put |
1:28.4 | together can lead to symptoms of ADHD. Because remember, ADHD or ADD is a symptom of the body |
1:35.5 | saying there's something wrong here. And so it's not something that should be ignored, |
1:41.8 | especially if a child is really struggling. It's not something that, you know, |
1:45.4 | you should just, I don't want to give medicine. So I'm just going to, we're just going to ignore it. |
1:49.1 | No, there are so many things that can be done. But at the same time, there are things that we can do |
1:55.2 | to help prevent it to. There's certain toxin exposures, definitely, and other things that we will go |
