Yeah, I tried to stay in touch with them throughout the recruiting process.

I try to act like he was already here the best we could.

And he's played for a lot of different coaches and he's a bright young man.

So when you add that all in, there's a portion that you go through of,

okay, I've done this before, I've played it like this before,

and then integrating that on how we're managing it, how we're communicating it, and I think

he's not a really nice job.

I think we're still waiting to see his true personality because he's still, he's trying not

to make a mistake, but the ability to play fast is still showing up and so just the reps mounting on top of each

other you know he fits really well within how we want it to look and I got confidence

with them.
