With me, Adam Frost.

For me, growing your own vegetables is one of the most enjoyable things I do with my spare time.

Whether it's sowing seeds, you know, growing some wonderful new potatoes,

looking after it, caring, tending, getting it through to harvest,

and then taking it back into my kitchen and trying to create something for my family.

It makes me feel quite proud and warm inside.

The first bit, I think I'm reasonably okay with most of the time.

But the cooking, a bit of a mixed bag, I suppose.

So what I've got to done is I've got to found myself a new best friend.

And what she doesn't know about food is not worth knowing.
