Folks, tonight we have breaking news in the Madeline Kingsbury Missing Person case.

And the news is what we've all sort of predicted all along.

Her partner, or you could call it her common law husband, who she has two children in common

common. So after more than two months in the disappearance of Madeline Kingsbury,

an arrest has been made. Adam Fravelle, Kingsbury's ex-partner, was arrested this evening

and booked into the Winona County Jail on suspicion of second-degree murder.

Prevelle was the father of Kingsbury's children,

previously gave a statement claiming his innocence on Madeline's disappearance.

He was quoted as saying, I do not have anything to do with Maddie's disappearance.

after Kingsbury was reported missing. A little over a month after issuing that statement,

Ferville was in Winona County court seeking custody of the two children he shared

with Madeline. Winona County initially took custody of the children after Kingsbury's

disappearance. While the children are still technically in the county's custody, Madeline's parents

will continue to serve as their foster parents.

Kingsbury was last seen on March 31st after dropping off the children at daycare while in the company of Frivel.
