You know, I find as a fine line between the want and the act.

The thing we want to do and the act it takes, you know, I always say to act, A, C, T,

to take action, action creates things, A, C, T. I believe there's a lot of us that want

to act on something today, act on something this week, act on something this month.

But we may feel a little bit of leg, we may feel a little bit of doubt, a little bit of

procrastination.

You know, I am a master procrastinator.

I know that about myself.

I procrastinate so well.

That's why I go on the offensive of creation.

Some of us need to dive right in and become obsessed with the creation we want to bring

into the world, become obsessed with our new business, the new you, the new us.

You know, belief is a spark and next week I'm going to be talking about this quite a

bit.

Next week is going to be the beginning of a new program with the podcast this week.

I'm just lightly coming back to it.

But a lot of the times we think it takes a lot of work to make a change.

We're thinking way too far ahead.

It starts with a spark and belief, a spark and thought.

Right?

Thoughts are ideas, our ideas are thoughts, their energy.

Every thought you have is energy, it's like a spark of energy.
