One our needs aren't met, it's natural for us to feel stressed and worried, frustrated

And equally, sometimes it can be really uncomfortable to accept that we have needs in the first place,

and it's common for many people to enter a cycle consciously or otherwise, where they're

both frustrated that their needs aren't being met and frustrated at themselves for having
