Hey, babe. It's Asia Christina. This is Quality Queen Control. What is happening? Hello, Angels. Welcome back to another episode. I want to dive right on into this. And before I do, I want you guys to know how grateful I am of the support and feedback that I have

been getting on these past couple episodes. I mean, wow, I am absolutely blown away. And also,

sidebar, if the audio sounds a little weird this time, for some reason, technology is just not on my side. I don't know what's going on with the

storage on my computer and the cord broke that connects to my mic. We got a lot going on here,

but nonetheless, I am still pushing forward to make it happen. If you guys follow me on Instagram, which you totally should, I'm usually very, very active

in my stories.

And I don't know what on earth happened this past week, but it wasn't super productive

for me.

And so much so that I didn't even go to the gym. Yeah, yeah. Like,

that's something that I always do inevitably, like no matter how I feel because it feels good to me.

And I had some sort of like stomach flu or food poisoning, which is, I get it. It's so weird because

I'm vegan. So how is that possible?

I just have a theory that my food was cross-contaminated or something wasn't cleaned properly.

I mean, the pain was instant and it was absolutely excruciating to the point where I thought I was

going to have to go to the hospital. It was excruciating, like cramping and bloating and especially like very sharp pains on my lower left side.

I'm fine now.

Everything is fine.

Thank God.

But I was just really out of commission for like two days

specifically out of that week. And on the third day, I was just taking it easy because of how I felt,

you know, the past two days prior. But whatever, new week. Okay, it is Tuesday.
