Hello everyone, the Academy Show is back for another season I'm your host once again

my stewart and I'm joined as ever by our Academy expert amongst many other things

As I say, it's a brand new season.

It's the times very important for the kids

when a lot of people their age are worrying about their exams.

These guys have already got that back to school feeling as the new season starts with lots of hope

Lots of optimism and maybe some new surroundings for some of these guys maybe some have gone out on loan

and moving up to new teams, lots of people who've

be keen to make a new new impression, and plenty of them have. We're going to be discussing

all of those over the course of this show. We're going to be coming back with a few names that you might have heard us talk about on the last show. In fact, that might even be the theme, almost a reunion with some of our past hits, as well as looking towards the future, particularly

the last few days of the transfer window and whether that will shake anything up.

But Matt, I'll start with this.

There has been a lot of positivity around the team in the youth ranks that maybe it hasn't quite translated to the seizures. But I think what we were seeing at the moment is like I say, this point where people are trying to make these

brand new impressions and kind of get settled into their new surroundings.

Yeah it's the same every every season really to start for the under 18s

there's a lot of new names that we haven't

necessarily seen before or I haven't even heard of in lots of cases in terms of those who've

sort of come through from the the 16s and made that jump up.

So yeah, looking forward to kind of assessing all of those

and getting to know those players over the next sort of few months.
