How are you, man? I'm good. How you're doing? Fantastic. How's it feel? You go from big-time college football, the hype of my going one, two, three, where am I going? You're a giant. Now you're an NFL training camp. How's it going so far?

I feel like it's going good.

How's it going so far? I feel like it's going good. I'm having fun out here. Just learning. Learning playing with the defense, knowing my teammates more. And we all just grind again better one day at a time. Yeah. How are you handling the expectation that's, I mean, obviously, thrown on any first rounder, but in particular, you?

little bit but also not try not to think about it too much i'm out here working as training camp

this is time to get better uh learn your plays getting the playbook get in shape so that's how i'm

focusing on then once the games get here that's what i turn my attention right how would you

describe your rushing style or your or defensive, how you play style?

Definitely aggressive. I try to control the pace. I try to attack, make whoever I'm going against React

off of Meeting. From there, I got my go-to moves. I got my counters off that.

Right. So when you look at Brian Burns, who is here and Kavvon who's already here, you guys have plenty of edge rushing power. How do you see yourself fitting in or how have you been fitting in in the first, you know, a couple weeks of training camp? Yeah, I try to learn from them, Burns, Dex, Tibido, they all try to teach me little things. I try to pick up things. And I even just on the field, So off the, their routine, how they get ready for practice, things like that. So they've been helping me a lot, and I'm thankful for him.

Right. So when you talk about getting ready for practice, I think so much of what I think the lay fan doesn't see is how much you have to study.

Right? How much you have to dig into the opponent in particular.

And then what exactly Shane wants you to do, Bowen wants you to do.

Because I imagine it's very different than what you did in college. It's not too much, I feel like. As an outside lineback, our job not too complicated. Most of the times we're going forward, we rushing and we're attacking, but also we got our dropping coverage and no little details. But it's not that hard for me, especially when I got guys like KT and Burns helping me out. Everybody helped me out what I need to do, so I'm pretty good right now. You got coverage skills? For sure, I can do everything. It's funny you say that because, I mean, I imagine you'll be lined up everywhere, you know, in the know in the bubble you know on the edge sometimes maybe even down at the tackle on a three technique or something

like that depending on the rushing situations how can you best be utilized everywhere yeah wherever my

coaches need me i feel like i can line up i definitely feel best off the edge wherever my

coaches need me that's where i'm a play. So I envision this.

You tell me where I'm wrong, because you're the only one that knows the answer. You call up Lawrence Taylor, and you're like, L.T., hey, what's up, bro? I want your number. And L.T. is like, shut up, but he hangs up on you. How did the conversation go walk me through every part of it because I'm fascinated? Yeah, it definitely didn't go like that.
