Summary
First, they dive into Texas Gov. Greg Abbott insisting that Texas will keep defending the border because the Biden administration has chosen not to, and he says the Constitution is clearly on his side. Meanwhile, some Democrats want President Biden to take federal control of the Texas National Guard because Abbott is allegedly defying an order from the U.S. Supreme Court.
Then they recoil at a new poll out of the West Bank. They expected a disturbingly high percentage of residents there to consider the October attacks by Hamas against Israel to be "legitimate resistance." They were not ready for zero percent of them to say it was "illegitimate resistance." How do you hope to ever reach any sort of stability when virtually all people there think what Hamas did was OK.
Finally, they scratch their heads as Donald Trump lashes out at Nikki Haley donors and says that, going forward, anyone who donates to her is banished from MAGA forever.

| 0:29.7 | Biden, of course, is doing a horrific job of securing our border, but generally speaking the courts have ruled that it is the federal government's job. |
| 0:38.8 | The question now becomes what do you do if they don't want to do it? |
| 0:42.1 | So a few days ago, the Supreme Court and a five to four ruling |
| 0:46.3 | removed an injunction against the Department of Homeland |
| 0:49.8 | Security that had forbid them from removing razor wire placed along the border by the state of Texas. |
| 0:57.8 | And so Abbott basically saying that the executive branch of the United States has a constitutional duty to enforce federal laws protecting states including immigration laws on the books right now. |
| 1:09.0 | President Biden has instructed his agencies to ignore federal statutes that mandate the detention of |
| 1:14.0 | illegal immigrants. The failure of the Biden administration to fulfill the |
| 1:17.2 | duties imposed by Article 4, Section 4, has triggered Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3, which reserves to this state the right of self-defense. |
| 1:26.1 | For these reasons, I have already declared an invasion under Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3, |
| 1:30.6 | to invoke Texas's constitutional authority to defend itself and protect itself. |
| 1:34.6 | That authority is the supreme law of the land and supersedes any federal statutes to the contrary. |
| 1:40.6 | And that has a lot of Texas Democrats and Democrats outside of Texas |
| 1:44.3 | basically saying that this is Greg Abbott defying a clear ruling from the |
