So this is going to be a different kind of episode today.

I don't have my full studio set up.

There's not going to be a YouTube video to go along with it.

I don't even have my studio lights on.

In fact, I'm sitting here alone in the dark, and it's a little bit creepy, but I'm going to get through that.

I'm not going to beg you to ask questions on Facebook or Twitter.

I'm not going to beg you for money on Patreon.

I mean, if you were going to donate to patreon.com slash PM Sutter, I wouldn't stop you. Don't get me wrong.

But I'm not going to, I'm not going to outright ask for it today. Instead, and I don't even have

notes today. So I really don't know what I'm going to say over the next 20 to 30 minutes.

I'm just not that. Don't get me wrong. It's not like my notes

are super useful anyway. If you don't know, my notes for my normal podcast episodes are essentially

five or six bullet points so that I make sure not to forget to talk about something. But this time I really

don't have anything. I just want to talk to you and share with you guys something very important.

It's at least important to me, something that I've been working on recently. And I want to start off with just this sense that I've been having over the past few months

of humility.

And, you know, I'm not normally a super humble guy, but the past few months, the experience of this podcast has been

almost, almost overwhelmingly humble, humbling to me. Just like, I started this show a little

over a year ago, really just for fun.

I wanted to, you know, give it a shot, experiment with it.

You know, let's start a podcast.

That doesn't seem like a bad idea.
