Hey, it's the Thursday edition of Pro Football Talk Alive, everything is fine, everything

is perfect, everything is awesome.

It's the last day of August.

This one crept up on us pretty quickly and I was actually in the chair earlier than

usual.

August 31, 2023, we are one week away from the first game of the regular season, Lions

at Chiefs.

For that in the interim, Christopher is going to the big house, not the jail, although

you never know how far away he is from that at any given moment, he's going to Michigan

to do the East Carolina Michigan game.

He won't see Jim Harbaugh, but Jim Harbaugh, I believe, will see him somewhere peeking

out from behind.

Where's that plan as he lurks?

Seriously, what's he doing around my program?

Let me make sure he's acting appropriately there.

Oh, I know.

August flew by, right?

I mean, I just can't believe it's here in the Northeast, it's back to school tomorrow

for my kids.

I see kids out on the streets today waiting for their first day of school, buses out for

the first time, right?

That was weird, just driving down the street, going, oh, wait, holy cow, there's school
