The Nats won the series with the Orioles over the weekend.

They exploded for 13 runs on Saturday, 11 to 3.

They lost yesterday, 7 to 3 after they had reached 500 through 46 games.

This is right now one of the better offensive teams in baseball. We've talked about that.

They currently right now, as we speak, lead all major league teams in runs scored. They've scored

255 runs through 47 games. The next closest, the Atlanta Braves

with 250 runs in the same number of games. The Nationals, again, are the highest scoring

Major League Base baseball team.

They also reached 500 over the weekend before giving one back to the Orioles yesterday,

so they are 23 and 24,

but obviously well ahead of their win loss projected number of 62 and a half, I think it was, for the season. Good for them. The Nats are

playing well. They get the Mets who have really struggled this year. How about the Phillies,

though, ever since firing their manager and bringing on Mattingly, they have rolled here

recently winning 11 of their last 14 games.

And some of their hitters, including Schwerber and Harper, have been on fire.

All right. There was some news from the NFL this morning.

The 2030 Super Bowl is going to Nashville.

This would be the first ever Super Bowl in Nashville, Tennessee.

Their new stadium is projected to open in 2027.

It will be a domed stadium in downtown Nashville.

The next Super Bowl in 27, February 14th, Valentine's Day,

is that SoFi in L.A. the following year, we're in Atlanta for the Super Bowl, then back to Vegas,
