The NFL grades came out.

They've been leaked.

They're put out by the NFLPA.

Now, to be clear, these were voted on by the players.

I believe it was mid-November to mid-December.

So it's not something that happened after the season.

This was during the season.

Now, some of the things that really stood out to me, I'm going to start with the head coach.

Okay.

If I asked you right now what you thought the team grade for the head coach would be for the New York Jets, you would have said, what would the vote have gone?

I would say since he's an ex-player and somebody that probably connects with the players

pretty well, I'd say B.

The Jets voted him in A. All right, so the players like him, the players pretty well. I'd probably, I'd say B. The Jets voted him in A.

Now, a lot of the coaches got A's, to be, to be fair. Like Mike Tomlin got an A. There were

only, I think there was only one A plus. You want to take a guess? Ben Johnson.

Dan Quinn got an A plus. Dan Quinn got an A plus in Washington. Here are the ones that really shocked me. Sean Payton. He could be a pain in the ass. Yeah. He got a B. Yeah, yeah. It could be like he's, this is why Denver Broncos went out and got him is because he's a no nonsense guy. He's a Parcell's guy. I understand. No, I get it, but they had so much success last year. And I know that this, this vote was given. Their survey was done November, December. They were in the middle of a huge run at that point. And he's grinding his team, yeah, 100%.
