But what led you to want to get into multifamily?

Gino, I'm really just, you know, from a normal traditional family where everybody went to work, got a

regular job. And if things worked out great, they'd get to retire someday and enjoy their life.

And that's all I saw. So I kind of followed suit with just getting a regular job,

you know, trading my time for money. And I remember, you know, sitting there stuck at a dead

in job, you know, in a dilemma because, you know, I want more than anything to spend time,

meaningful time with my family and experience things and be able to take trips. But I have to make it happen as the head of the

And I'm trading my time for money and in essence trading my life's moments for money.
