There's this truism that I find that if you're a Republican president or if you're a Republican governor and you're doing well, if you're performing, if you're delivering what you said you wanted to do, if you're advancing your policy, all of a sudden you come under attack from the left. They have to find a scandal. They have to find a way to undermine what it is you're doing. And they'll say that you're exceeding your authority. They'll say that, I don't know, your secretary of Defense or Secretary of Wars, committing war crimes.

And that's what's going on right now across the board, where you're getting all of this interference being flung. And you have to listen to the people who are accusing them.
