on maternity leave two more weeks and she will be back. We are counting down the days. Looking

show. Thank you for being with us today. 844-5-42. Is the number for you join the conversation. Taylor, Cormier, it is daylight savings time. Or did it end? Did we have it? It ended. It's over. It is now regular Eastern standard time. Yes, death to daylight savings. Let's get rid of it, right? Yes. Why do we do this? Why do we? It's nonsense. It's nonsense. So let's stop changing the clocks. Because it hits you twice. It heads you right now when it gets dark early, right? Like it's annoying and we're changing for no reason. And then in the spring, when you spring ahead and you lose that hour, it's just pain then. It's just, we're inflicting pain on everyone for no payoff. It's a typical government. I'm sick of trying to figure out which part of the year does which. Am I getting more daylight at the end of the day or losing it? And I can never remember. There's never been a good formula. There's no catchy saying that can stick it to your head. you know, what part of the year does what,

which ending does, you know, I have no idea. So it's like this calculation I have to do

twice a year in my mind to figure out what's going on. Am I gaining more daylight at the end of my day

or losing it? Yeah, I don't know what it accomplishes either. So I'm all for abolishing the switching. And I think I would like to stick with the one we had this summer because then it stays light a little bit later. That's just me. But either way, let's get rid of it. It is also the Monday after Halloween. Halloween was on a Friday. You have kids. We had talked a bit about whether you were

going to be something for Halloween. How was Halloween at the Cormier household? I was here at the

studio, so the kids went trick-or-treating and they were dressed as Peter Pan and Wendy. They

love the Peter Pan movie, the 50s one, Disney. So they had a lot of fun. Harrison

was a little sick, but he was a soldier. He, you know, trucked through it. He was great. But yeah,

they had a great time. Did the baby get a costume or no? The baby did not get, I think she had like a jack-o-lantern

jammy outfit, so she wasn't really in costume. She wasn't on theme. But she was still,

she was still getting, getting a little bit introduced for next year. And their cousin was

Captain Hook. Yeah, okay. That works. I like that. I like a good theme. I saw you dressed up. I did. I had to have two costumes this year because I had two separate Halloween events. There's Halloween itself and I had a whole plan for that. But then the local realtor board that I lead this year had our annual fundraiser and they chose to make it a Halloween one to raise. We raised, I think nearly $25,000 for the local habitat for humanity of Greater Portland. So I was Mario
