opinion sports. Thank you so very much for tuning in. Today is Monday, February 11th

and man it was a hard weekend.

I got to briefly say, first of all, a lot of good football this weekend.

It was great.

I loved watching the AIF.

Personally, in my life it was hard.

I want to say this on Friday, last Friday, February 8th.

It was a three-year anniversary of my brother's death.

And if you know the story, my brother committed suicide,

he took his own life.

And I just want to say, you're struggling please get help.

I don't if you have problems please talk to somebody

the suicide hotline is 1-800

273 8255 but really talk to someone in your life. You know my brother never shared his struggles.

One day I walked into his bedroom I found him dead on the floor and that really sucked and so

please don't do that. Talk to somebody and you know if you care about somebody tell them you love

them tell them you appreciate them. Make sure they know they're appreciated. You know I'm

not certain that my brother knew exactly how much he meant to me and if I can pass anything along to you please

tell the people in your life you care about them you love them it can make a

greater impact on them than you could ever possibly know. We have a great show today.
