Hi everyone. Just popping in to say happy holidays. I hope you're making the most of this holiday

0:06.3

season even though it may be different this year. I hope you're staying safe and warm depending on

0:12.9

where you live. I'm going to be taking some time off at the end of the year to just pause,

0:19.3

reflect, slow down and even chart out some new directions for

0:23.1

2021. But as hard as 2020 was, I'm looking back and I'm really grateful for it. It opened my eyes

0:32.5

in so many ways. It's helped bring more balance because at the start of this year, before the

0:40.0

podcast definitely, I mean, I'm not even going to go into the details of how overworked I was

0:45.1

and how things were out of balance. I've always believed to be a compassionate person and to have

0:50.8

empathy, but 2020 took that to a whole new level. And one of the most important things

0:56.9

1:04.7

to look at the positives and everything that I can be grateful for this year. And I hope, and I hope you can manage to

1:13.8

look at all the good stuff that happened this year. I know it's not easy. And I'm not going to say,

1:20.1

I hope 2021 will be better. After all, yoga teaches us to be unwavered, right? Whether in joy or

1:27.0

sorrow or when we're put into opposites or to extremes,

1:30.9

what I can hope for is that in 2021, I can use all the yoga tools available to me

1:38.1

to cope with or to cope better with whatever comes my way.

1:43.6

And I hope you can manage to find more peace

1:47.5

and whatever else you're looking for in the new year.

1:52.5

Wish you are joyful, safe, peaceful holiday season.

1:57.3

I'll be right here in January when you return.

2:00.7
