Yeah, I am recording from my new studio office,

which is not fully complete yet,

but I'm very excited because I'm almost ready to be moved in to my new home which is very exciting.

Yay congratulations happy housewarming. Thank you. Yeah it's pretty cool. Still so much to do.

Buying a house is a lot of work.

I know, we're about to start looking for a new home so yay I am really excited this is the

honeymoon phase where I'm just looking at houses and I'm like maybe maybe

not like we're just starting to date a house but we haven't you know

really gotten close to marrying a house yet. Mm-hmm. Oh I know that that feel real good.
